Refunds & Exchanges
Where there is an entitlement for a refund, for example for non-delivery
of goods or services or the customer is incorrectly charged, the product owner should
be contacted to initiate the process for a refund. The University of Melbourne do
not offer any type of refund on goods that have been wrongly selected or change
of mind.
